I purchased my Accord in 2004 and got an awesome deal and great customer service. Part of the deal was for them to include a Haynes type manual (approx value $20) so I could do minor repairs. This was put on the due bill. However, the due Bill must be redeemed within 30 days and I did not take it in. Several months later, they mailed me the professional technicians handbook valued at over $400. They did not have to as the due bill expired, but they did. As a side note, I take my car in for maintenance services and never pay full price. The manager always discounts it. Also, they call to follow up how the service went and send surveys and coupons. They are concerned with their customer satisfaction and I will be a Honda owner by them for as long as I live.

I have shopped for 4 cars in the last 6 years, and this dealership surprised me with its honesty. At first it seemed like they were unwilling to lower their prices, and it is slightly steeper than the other places. But they do not add on anything you do not want/need to your vehicle. No bogus desert protection or collision package. Even the financial manager does not try to sell me bogus plans, which is very refreshing considering this is the first time I have had an encounter with an honest dealership. You may not get the lowest price here, but you don't have to worry about being tricked into buying something you don't want, or paying fees that are in fine prints.
Pros: excellent salesmen, rare honesty, polite, not pushy

These guys are swindling bottom feeding con artists. The lowest of the low. Please stay away from this dealer. I bought a car with two dings in it, when I tried to return it they played dumb. I had to call Honda's corporate headquarters to get them to give me another car. Alex sold me the car, so stay away from him. All of his colleagues are dirt bags as well. It seems as if they're making plans in the back offices trying to scheme up ways to bend people over and take as much money as they can. Be aware of their silly warranty offers as well. The funniest thing about this situation is one of the dirt bags claimed to be Christian. I wonder what God will say to him on judgment day.
