The U.S. attorney's office says a retired FBI agent has pleaded guilty to a count of felony tax evasion. U.S. Attorney for Nevada Daniel Bogden said in a statement Monday that 67-year-old Jan Lindsey of Henderson entered the plea Friday in U.S. District Court.
